Welp, here's a breakdown… Underground Filmmaker Patrick Sean O'Brien was looking for a story about the disabled, until a disability found him. O'Brien, seen by millions worldwide on TV and the internet, is known for his darkly humorous, controversial and sometimes disturbing films, animations and photographs. Now, for the first time on DVD, follow "The Notorious POB" on an odyssey from the short films that brought him so much notoriety, to the humbling search for truth in excerpts from his first feature length film.
